You can search for a member's account information through the Player List in Player Management.
Player's Information
Enter the player's "Nickname" or the player's "ID" and click "Search". Then you will see the player's account details if the player is Registered, Enabled/Disabled.
Click into their ID number you can view their Registration Time, Registration IP, Bank Account Details, KYC details, Deposit/Withdrawal History, Password Resets, Turnover Log and more.
