If a customer put wrong password 100 times, the system will automatically disable their account.
How to check on B.O if the customer input incorrect password

After we checked the account of the customer was disabled by putting the wrong password more than 100 times, we have to ask for information. As below to enable their account we need to ask following details
1. Username
2. Real name
3. Phone number (registered number)
4. Bank information (matched on real name)
5. Valid ID's
6. KYC
IMPORTANT: After the customer has sent all the requested details and matched them with the system, we need to request to enable their account with our OPS GC.
