There are two ways to message the player.
Here is the first way to send message to the player.
Go to "Message Management" then click "Email Configuration" and click "Add" to compose a message that needs to send to the player.
Set the date and time (schedule 5 mins later) , click the Non marketing for Email Type.
For the "Recipient", click the "Designated Player" then input the User ID
Choose the language of the player then input the "Body Title" and "Body Content" and click "OK"
If you need to send a message for multiple user IDs with same content, you must format the user Ids like this.
Here is the second way to send message to the player.
Go to "Message Management" then click "Personal Message Configuration" and click "Add" to compose a message that needs to send to the player.
Set the date and time (schedule 5 mins later), set the expiration date and time for 1 month.
For the "Recipient", click the "Designated Player" then input the User ID must have ":0"
Withdrawal Turnover Multiple must be "0".
Language must "ALL"
Input the "Body Title" and "Body Content" "Body Signature" must be "VPBet Team" then click "OK"
If you need to send a message for multiple user IDs with same content, you must format the user Ids like this.
