How to check on B.O if the customer input incorrect password multiple times

Click Player Management then Player search

After we checked the account of the customer was disabled by putting the wrong password more than 100 times, we have to ask for information. As below to enable their account we need to ask following details

1. Username

2. Real name

3. Phone number (registered number)

4. Bank information (matched on real name)

5. Valid ID's

6. KYC
