KYC = Know Your Customer

Although not every player needs to done the KYC verification for withdrawal, but we usually ask our players to complete the KYC before they apply for a withdrawal.

Two mandatory KYC documents are proof of identity with a photograph and proof of address. Customers must provide an updated, unexpired government-issued iddentification providing nationality or residence and include a photograph or similar safeguard

• The uploaded ID must be a real shot photo, no scanned or photocopied ID photos allowed.

• Must be clear with no flash reflection.

• All words must be readable.

• Photos must not edited and no filters.
