Ask the player to fill out the form for their details and ask for Valid ID that includes their Real name and Birthdate
Check the players information. Make sure that all the information are matched specially their real name.
Double check if player was applied or not.. Check the ID approval GC or birthday bonus GC . In 646 series, player can apply in all platform.
Send all the information submitted by the player to ID approval. (Valid ID, Screenshot of BO and Screenshot of chats history that player was applied)
Once the application was approved. Forward it to designated birthday bonus platform GC.
Input the information of the player in the designated platform In excel birthday bonus list.
Step-by-step on how to distribute the birthday bonus (291 Series)
Double-check on the Birthday Bonus sheet (username and real name of the player) if the player has already applied on other platforms to ensure that the giving will not be duplicated
Check with the ID Approval GC who actually passed and approved the player's provided ID
To ensure the player's information, especially the Real name, check it in Member Management.
Check with Birthday Bonus Follow Up GC if CS has forwarded the player's information after it has been approved in ID approval
To be sure, check the Participation List if they have actually received the Birthday Bonus or not.
To distribute the birthday bonus, go to the Activity Management. Click on "Mass Giveaway Bonus" and then on "Add Event".
NOTE: Double-check the registered number, bonus amount/gift amount (depends on the level of the player's account), bet turnover (must be x10), and Bonus validity time (bonus is valid for 1 week to claim).
NOTE: In the 291 Series, the player can only apply for the Birthday bonus on one platform
