To avoid delays in KYC approval, Make sure they follow the standard process.

DO's

✔ When filling out the KYC form, the name must be complete and true, and all information must be consistent with the submitted ID.

✔ After submitting KYC Level 1 and 2, players must immediately bind their bank information by applying for a withdrawal, and the bank name must match the name on the submitted ID.

✔ ID photos submitted must be clear and without scanning.

Dont's

✖ No photocopy or APP scanned ID photos are accepted.

✖ No selfies or other photos other than ID photos are acceptable.

✖ ID photos should be totally visible and uncoverable.

✖ No words such as "NAGAD, Player's Nickname" can be filled in for the bank name, bank name must match with their real and full name on ID.
