⌛Players Withdraws (Ph143)

Can view withdrawal requests/transactions with date, amount, merchant, and status.

All of their withdrawal transactions are recorded here and once a player asks about their withdrawal, you can view all of their withdrawal request/transactions including Date, Amount, Merchant and Status.

The first you need to do is check the withdrawal of the player, Go to 'Player Fund Management' then click the under of it which is the 'Player Withdraws'. Input the username of the player. Next, Select the 'Range Date' and Lastly, the 'Payment status'.

If you think their request has been seriously delayed, contact the finance team and follow up on their withdrawal by providing their USERNAME, MERCHANT and AMOUNT.
