To avoid delays in KYC approval, Make sure they follow the standard process.

DO! KYC STANDARD

✓ Should hold 1 ID and 1 Paper with username, full name, Platform, Date, and Signature.

✓ The ID and the note all have to be visible.

✓ Face, upper body, arms, and hands should be visible.

DON'T! KYC STANDARD

  • The ID must be held in the hand.

  • Hands and arms should be visible in the image.

  • Do not wear sunglasses or anything that obscures the facial features.

  • Do not cover parts of the ID card, information, or parts of your face.
