Screen Recording Provided by Player – No OTP Received During Withdrawal Attempt
Player must submit a screen recording demonstrating that no One-Time Password (OTP) was received while attempting to process a withdrawal on their gaming account. The recording captures the steps taken during the withdrawal request and shows that the expected OTP prompt or SMS was not delivered.

Once the ID approval is completed, the case must be forwarded to the Work-Related Concerns GC so that the Team Leader (TL) or Sub-Team Leader (STL) can double-check the screen recording provided by the player as well as the registered mobile number used for the OTP.
Once the Team Leader (TL) or Sub-Team Leader (STL) has approved the request, it should be forwarded to the OPS GC so they can provide the OTP/code for the player's withdrawal.
Note: Make sure the player is online or currently in active communication before forwarding the request to OPS GC, as the OTP is time-sensitive and only valid for a limited period.
Make sure, All details in the KYC ID are clear and Legit. Valid ID should be corner-to-corner and readable.
