To avoid delays in KYC approval, Make sure they follow the standard process.
DO! KYC STANDARD
✓ Should hold 1 ID and 1 Paper with username, full name, Platform, Date, and Signature.
✓ The ID and the note all have to be visible.
✓ Face, upper body, arms, and hands should be visible.

DON'T! KYC STANDARD
The ID must be held in the hand.
Hands and arms should be visible in the image.
Do not wear sunglasses or anything that obscures the facial features.
Do not cover parts of the ID card, information, or parts of your face.
