There are cases where players request the deletion of their bank account from their gaming profile because the bank account has already been closed, or they have lost the mobile number registered with the bank, making it impossible for them to receive the One-Time PIN (OTP).
✅ Requirements for Bank Account Deletion (Closed Account Cases)
A screenshot of the GCash profile / Bank profile must be provided as they wish to set as the new bank, to ensure that the new bank they wish to change to is verified and indeed the owner of the account. Note:
This requirement only applies if the bank account to be deleted is not under the real owner’s name.
If all bank accounts linked to the real owner’s gaming account are under their name, then no proof of closure or additional documents are needed to delete a bank account. Sample template on how you can gather all the player information they need to provide.
