Thereโs five status in withdrawal which are [Pending] , [Paying] , [Failed] , [Refunded] , [Confiscated] and [Payment Completed].
If the status is in [Pending] and [Paying] Mode, we may urge our finance team to facilitate the withdrawal process.
[Failed], we need to ask our finance to refund for player.
For [Refunded] and [Payment Completed] status, we can just inform our player directly.
[Confiscated] status normally occurs when our finance team found that player had a hedging bets, in this case, their amount will be confiscated and not refundable, just warn the player and we do not ask for refund.
This usually occurs in the country of India
In this situation, we need to ask for playerโs latest bank statement in PDF format, and verify the whether the payment is not arriving.
Next, send the corresponding [Order Number], [Playerโs ID], [Withdrawal Amount], mention [Paid but player not received] and attach with the playerโs bank statement to our Finance GC to query.
Sometimes it is the backflush issue and sometimes it is the delay problem.
