Highlighted the player's withdrawal request and sent the screenshot of withdrawal request, username and amount to the Finance GC.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Follow Up a Player’s Withdrawal
Ask the player to provide their username or registered number, withdrawal amount and screenshot of the withdrawal record from their gaming account. Instructions for Checking the BO:
1. Go to Cash Management > Withdrawal Audit
2. Input the username. Set the payment method to "All". Set the appropriate date range.
Then:
Check whether the player's withdrawal status is "None" , "Third Party in Progress" or "Payment Successful'
If the status is "None", this must be followed up immediately.
Note:
If the withdrawal status is "Third Party in Progress," there is no need to follow up, as it is already being processed. How to Follow Up a Withdrawal in the Finance GC:

Time and date: Once the follow-up has been sent, please wait for the relevant team to provide an update on whether the withdrawal has been successfully paid or is still in progress.
