How to check the total chats in specific time. It is important as customers service knows how to check total chats in specific time because it includes in hourly reports.
Click Reports, adjust the date and specific time, click site and agent you used in chatplus. Click the category , choose the category to know the count of the concern on that specific time.
Sreenshots of Report should be like the photo indicated as above.
CS Name , Platform , Agent Name and Time
Category and Specific Concern of the player ( With Count)
And this will be sent to Hourly report GC (under CS name)
