⏬Player Deposits (Ph143 )

All deposit history is kept here, and when a player requests the status of their deposit, you may examine all of their deposit requests/transactions, including the Date, Amount, Merchant, and Status.

If you believe their request has been considerably delayed, please contact the finance team with their USERNAME, MERCHANT NAME, AMOUNT, and accompanying RECEIPT to follow up on their deposit.

The first you need to do is check the deposit of the player, Go to 'Player Fund Management' then click the under of it which is the 'Player Deposits'. Input the username of the player. Next, Select the 'Range Date' and Lastly, the 'status'.
