To maintain productivity and accountability while working remotely, all employees must adhere to the following guidelines:
Home Office Setup
โ Stable internet: minimum 20 Mbps
โ Submit photos of your home office and equipment for approval
โ Work only from the approved address (regular HR verification
Company Devices
โ Use only company-provided devices
โ Devices have tracking capabilities
โ Security deposit deducted from salary based on device value (e.g., PC valued at PHP 15,000 โ PHP 3,000 per payroll cycle)
Work Hours & Attendance
โ Report Start Work, Break Time, End Work in group chat
โ Attend online meetings with camera on; be fully recognizable
โ Failure to report hours or attend meetings = marked absent
Responsiveness & Desk Presence
โ Answer calls from managers/supervisors promptly
โ Not responding within 5 minutes = marked absent for 1 hour
โ Absence from desk >1 hour โ pay deduction or make-up work required
โ Not responding to HR check-ins within 5 minutes โ considered absence
Repeated violations (3+ warnings) โ possible termination
Note: Compliance with the WFH policy ensures operational efficiency, accountability, and fairness for all team members. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines strictly to maintain a productive remote working environment.
