Suggested Methods For Managing Remote Work (WFH Plan)
✅Employees must have a stable internet speed of at least 20Mbps at home.
✅Employees must submit photos of their home office and equipment to their manager for approval.
✅Employees are aware that they are required to work only at the address they provide and that this is subject to regular verification by HR.
✅Employees are required to use only the devices provided by the company for work purposes. The HR and Admin departments need to ensure that all provided devices have tracking capabilities.
🚫However, employees must deduct a security deposit from their salary based on the value of the device provided to them. For example, if the value of the PC is 15,000 pesos, 3,000 pesos will be deducted from each cut-off salary.
✅Employees must report their START WORK, BREAK TIME, and END WORK times in the group chats.
✅Employees must attend online meetings during working hours and show their faces fully and should be recognizable.
✅Employees must report their START WORK, BREAK TIME, and END WORK. Failure to report and join online meetings, or failure to recognize your face or work, will result in you being marked absent.
✅Employees who fail to answer a call from their manager or supervisor, or who are unable to provide evidence of being online for more than one minute during working hours, will be marked as absent for one hour if they do not respond within 5 minutes.
✅Employees who are absent from their desks for more than one hour will have their pay reduced or will be required to work overtime.
✅If you do not respond to regular checks by HR within 5 minutes, you will be considered absent too. This is a major offense and we reserve the right to immediately terminate an employee if they receive three or more warnings for this violation.
