Face Recognition - A Revolution in Employee Monitoring
Work-from-Home Rules: Camera Requirements
Camera Placement: Ensure your camera is directly in front of you, capturing your full face clearly (not on the side).
Visibility: Maintain proper lighting to avoid shadows or unclear visuals.
Background: Keep your surroundings tidy and distraction-free.
Professional Appearance: Dress appropriately during work hours
Camera Usage: Always keep your camera on during scheduled meetings unless instructed otherwise.
Employees must report their START WORK, BREAK TIME, and END WORK. Failure to report and join online meetings, or failure to recognize your face or work, will result in you being marked absent or late.
Employees who fail to answer a call from their manager or supervisor, or who are unable to provide evidence of being online for more than one minute during working hours, will be marked as absent for one hour if they do not respond within 5 minutes.
If you do not respond to regular checks by HR within 5 minutes, you will be considered absent too. This is a major offense and we reserve the right to immediately terminate an employee if they receive three or more warnings for this violation.
Face recognition is required while using the meeting app.
The face must be visible with identifiable facial features such as the eyes, nose, and mouth.
If any of these features are obscured or cannot be recognized, disciplinary action will be taken.
Using headphones and microphones for work is permitted, but other accessories (except for visual or hearing assistive devices) are prohibited.
