LATE
Inform your TL ahead of time. Depending on the reason the sanction varies. It can be a verbal warning up to a serious fine to termination.
ABSENT
Employees must present a medical certificate (MC) when absent due to illness.
If a medical certificate cannot be provided, you must inform your team leader (TL) at least one day before or a minimum of five hours prior to your shift.
Proof of absence must be submitted (e.g., photo, video).
Combos are not allowed (e.g., off-absent, absent-off, leave-absent, salary day-absent).
In cases of planned absences (e.g., medical appointments, personal matters), employees should provide advance notice and documentation, if applicable.
Excessive absences may lead to disciplinary action, including warnings or other consequences.
Employees are encouraged to communicate openly with their TL about any circumstances that may affect their attendance to facilitate better understanding and support.
For emergency purposes and things that cannot be avoided, please read and follow 1, 2, and 3.

AWOL Policy
No valid reason will be accepted for being absent without leave (AWOL). -Repeated instances of AWOL may lead to disciplinary action, including warnings or further sanctions. -Employees are expected to notify their supervisor as soon as possible if they are unable to attend work, providing any relevant details regarding their absence.
The consequences for AWOL can be severe, potentially resulting in immediate termination, depending on the circumstances
