🟡Difference between Chat, Paused and End

Here is the difference between Chat, Paused and End.

Chat - these are the incoming and ongoing chats (Active Chats) *Be sure to utilize the On chat waiting script and Checking for further Assistance spiel.

Paused - These are the conversations when the player does not answer after 2 or 3 minutes *be sure to use the spiel of Dead air/no response from player

End - These are the idle conversations. (If there is no On chat waiting spiel, Checking for more assistance spiel, Dead air/no reaction from player spiel, or Closing spiel, Chat abandonment will be considered Grave offense.)
