Sample Guidelines for Proper Endorsements
Responsibility of the Outgoing Representative (CS1):
Provide a comprehensive handover of all pending cases and ongoing tasks.
Ensure the incoming representative (CS2) understands the status and any required actions.
Responsibility of the Incoming Representative (CS2):
Proactively enquire about endorsements if the outgoing representative has not provided them.
Confirm understanding of pending cases and required follow-ups before starting the shift.
