This practice not only reinforces your credibility but also demonstrates your dedication to the team's success and the satisfaction of our customers.
Sample Guide:
CS1 must ensure proper endorsements and guide the next customer service representative in handling any pending cases. If CS1 has not provided endorsements, CS2 should proactively inquire with CS1 about endorsement.
This is both a responsibility and duty for all customer service representatives.
