Sample Guidelines for Proper Endorsements

  1. Responsibility of the Outgoing Representative (CS1):

    • Provide a comprehensive handover of all pending cases and ongoing tasks.

    • Ensure the incoming representative (CS2) understands the status and any required actions.

  2. Responsibility of the Incoming Representative (CS2):

    • Proactively enquire about endorsements if the outgoing representative has not provided them.

    • Confirm understanding of pending cases and required follow-ups before starting the shift.
