Step-by-Step Guide: How to Follow Up a Playerโs Deposit
Ask the player to provide their username or registered number, along with a copy of their deposit receipt Instructions for Checking the BO:
1. Go to Cash Management > Recharge Management.
2. Input the username. Set Transaction Status to "All". Set the appropriate date range.
Then:
Check whether the player's deposit status is "Paid" or "To Be Paid".
If the status is "To Be Paid", this must be followed up immediately.
